About the App

Pet Usher is a transportation app that allows for quick and easy ride booking with AI voice search and a smart suggestion list. Unlike formal public transportation or pet delivery services, our product allows pet lovers to accompany their pets anywhere without
anywhere without the fear of being rejected or dropped off along the way.

Hook model

I used the Hook Model to define the core features of the application. The Hook Model is a four-phase process that businesses can use to create products or services used habitually by customers. The goal is to result in voluntary, high-frequency engagement. It seeks to connect a customer’s problem to a company’s solution with enough frequency to make the engagement an ongoing practice.
The Hook Model assists the business in gaining new consumers, retaining customers for the long term, and gaining maximum market share.

Problems

  1. Landing Page for Direct Cremation: Direct Cremation is a modest but growing commercial area of the company. Presently, we intends to redesign this page in the form of a landing page with the goal of increasing conversion rate and CPA

  2. Partner Will Landing Page: This is a customisable landing page devoted to partners to assist them in introducing the leave a gift in wills for their organization in Gathered Here wills platform. We have never had this page before, therefore we must create it from start. The idea is to keep it simple, easy to understand, and capture more leads.

  3. Infor for Non Profit Page: This is a subpage on the company’s main website. But, it was not adequately planned, therefore we modified it to meet the company’s current development orientation and the productss that the company is offering.

What is your design process like?
My design process is thorough and user-centric. It begins with research and brainstorming to understand the project requirements and user needs. Then, I move on to wireframing and prototyping to create a basic layout and flow. After that, I focus on designing the interface with attention to detail and aesthetics. Finally, I conduct user testing to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to perfect the design.
I love the problem-solving aspect of UX/UI design. It’s incredibly rewarding to create designs that not only look great but also solve real user problems and enhance their experience. Seeing users interact with a design I’ve created and knowing that it makes their lives easier is what keeps me passionate about this field.
